Frequently asked questions
Is there a monthly subscription fee?
No. CarDealer AI uses a pure pay-as-you-go model. You only pay when a channel is connected (one-time 500,000 ₫). You also pay when a valid lead is captured (20,000 ₫) or for AI token consumption.
What happens if my wallet balance runs low?
You will receive an email notification when your balance drops below 100,000 ₫. AI conversations will continue for a short grace period, but new lead capture may be paused until you top up.
Can I connect multiple channels?
Yes. Each channel (Facebook, Zalo, Website widget) has its own 500,000 ₫ one-time initialization fee. After that, all channels share the same wallet and billing.
How is a "valid lead" defined?
A lead is considered valid when the AI captures a phone number that passes format validation and is not a duplicate for the same lead type within your workspace.
